Retreat Seminar in Portugal: Brain - Body - Relationship: How do we experience - and heal - the three systems?

Daniel Siegel, who founded the "Mindsight Institute" in the USA, defines "mind" - which we inadequately translate as "psyche" - as consisting of "brain, body and relationship" and says: "All three systems are partially independent of each other and affect each other, for better or for worse. In one week we will deal intensively with this connection and look at all three systems in ourselves and for our patients/clients. We will experience for ourselves how emotions and thoughts (brain) guide us, how somatic (mis)sensations steer us and how we shape our currently most important relationships - influenced by the other two systems.

What goes well, where does it get stuck? How does the body influence our feelings, how do our thoughts control our relationships, and how do our relationship experiences affect our body perception - and vice versa? What are we satisfied with, and what can be influenced in a healing way in this three-unit - so that we feel more balanced?
